Please note that admissions for the UCI Biomedical Engineering (BME) M.S./Ph.D. programs are handled through a department-wide committee and are not managed directly by individual faculty members. To be considered for our program, you will need to apply to the BME program through the centralized admissions system for the UC Irvine graduate programs.
The number of available positions for graduate students in the lab varies year-to-year based on research funding. Once you are admitted to the BME Ph.D. or M.S. program, if you would like more information about the lab or to inquire about the possibility of doing a research rotation, please feel free to reach out to me.
